2b) Window blind in bathroom has cord to open blinds that is capable of forming a loop 3f) Detached screen door was leaned up against the back of house in outdoor licensed area capable of tipping 4c) Light bulbs in chandelier in front living room were exposed and not shatter resistant. 4f) Two stairways leading from deck to grass area did not have gates to block access to stairs. 5a) Outlet on kitchen wall across from refrigerator and outlet that TV in family room was plugged into was not Tamper Resistant 5b) Outlets above kitchen counter and outlet next to bathroom sink were GFCI but not tamper resistant
